Most of you have probable heard about the tax incentives that are out there now but I felt it was worth talking about. First is the up to $8000.00 from the feds, this is for first time buyers (A first time buyer is anyone that has not owned a home in the last 3 years), the incentive is 10% of the sales price up to $8000. At this time and this has changed you can on an FHA loan use this for closing cost and prepaids, but not your down payment, but you can use some of the money if any is left over from paying closing cost to increase your down payment. And there are several other progams that are available by areas. So if you are looking around give us a call and we can give you the details of whats available.

For those that have called or gone to any og June’s old web sites welcome. I’m James Hyde her husband I’ll be doing most of the posting for her and the team. The team that for now is made up of June Hyde, Darrell Dutton, Corey Hyde, and me, but we are looking for more players on our team. We have moved here to Keller Williams from Remax not because Remax was bad or anything happened, we were just given more tool that we could use to build the business with and in time like these you have to take advantage of everthing that you can get to help your self.
